Chef Stephanie Moon will be demonstrating her creative culinary skills and whipping up a three course dinner in a special event at the Cavendish Pavilion on the Bolton Abbey estate this month.
Stephanie is chef consultant to a variety of food providers across the North of England. With over 20 years in the industry, including worldwide experience and national media coverage, Stephanie still stays true to her local roots, working with family run bakeries to regional food groups across Yorkshire.
Stephanie, who has also been head chef at Rudding Park hotel near Harrogate, gained her celebrity status appearing in three seasons of the Great British Menu, representing Yorkshire.
The event takes place at 6pm on Thursday, May 15, and is priced at £25 per person, including a seasonal three-course feast, using locally sourced ingredients. For tickets, call (01756) 710245.
Situated in the heart of the Bolton Abbey estate on the river Wharfe, The Cavendish Pavilion aims to focus on serving locally sourced cuisine at its core.
Opened in 1890, the Cavendish Pavilion resembles a Victorian-style station building. In the evening, it is transformed into an atmospheric event venue and can also be used for wedding receptions and exclusive use events.
