Otley Courthouse is preparing to bid farewell to its centre manager.
Chloe Perry has announced she is leaving at the end of June to become head of operations and front of house at the Polka Theatre, in London.
The move comes six months after Chloe had joined the arts centre to fill the gap left by her predecessor, Robbie Swale.
The arts centre says it will be sad to see her go but has already begun recruiting for her successor to ensure the venue’s busy events schedule continues smoothly.
Chloe said: “I’m very sorry to be leaving the Courthouse at the end of next month. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in Otley and it has not been an easy decision to move on.”
Applications for the role of centre manager are open, with more details available at otleycourthouse.org.uk , and will close on Wednesday, May 28.
The Courthouse, on the back of a string of sell-out performances in recent years featuring the likes of Mark Thomas, Cerys Matthews and Kris Drever, now self-generates more than 90 per cent of its income. The venue is currently celebrating its tenth anniversary.
