Beauty and the Beast', the Ilkley Upstagers 2007 pantomime, is coming to the King's Hall, Ilkley, from Friday, January 26, to Saturday, February 3.

Becky Cocker will be making her first principal girl appearance as Beauty in this fabulous pantomime.

Becky played Principal Boy in last year's Upstagers' pantomime and is very excited to have the opportunity to play the title role of Beauty.

Becky's first performance with Upstagers was playing the little rat in Dick Whittington when she was aged just nine!

She has since performed in many Upstagers shows including Guys and Dolls' and The Witches of Eastwick' both of which were performed at the Alhambra Theatre, Bradford.

Beauty's father, Professor Camembert, is played by Ian White who is a regular member of Upstagers pantomimes.

Making his debut performance as The Beast is Peter Hargreaves.

This pantomime has music and laughter for all ages, an enchanting story with magical transformations and superb dancing.

Performances start at 7.15pm nightly with a Saturday matinee at 2.15pm and the Sunday matinee at 1pm and the Sunday evening show at 5pm.
