Ilkley: non-material amendment to planning permission 06/02519/FUL dated 02.04.2007: redevelopment of former school as an assisted living community for approximately 150 people, including new residential blocks, community facilities and parking, Clevedon House, Ben Rhydding Drive. Ilkley: non-material amendment to planning permission 14/01590.HOU dated 06.06.2014: part single, part two-storey rear extension, single-storey side extension and detached garage, 77 Valley Drive.
Ilkley: partial demolition of the existing property with new three storey extension comprising lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor retail accommodation, 18 The Grove. Ilkley: construction of dormer window, 31, Parklands.
Ilkley: removal of condition 2 on planning application 13/04578/FUL which relates to the proposed spa facility to be created in the basement of Craiglands Hotel shall only be operated or used in connection with the occupation and operation of the existing hotel use at the site and only used by guests staying at the hotel. It shall at no time be severed and operated as a separate unit, Craiglands Hotel, Cowpasture Road.
