Pupils at Hawksworth CofE Primary School have been enjoying a new addition to their playground – a magnificent climbing frame.

The Friends of Hawksworth School, a body made up of parents, organised a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year, to raise the money to pay for the play equipment.

Linda Hartley, school administrator, said: “It is absolutely thoroughly enjoyed by the children.”
