Horsforth: raise in roof height and new first floor forming two-storey dwelling, including Juliet balcony to rear. 11 The Avenue. Otley: two-storey and single-storey side extension, 12 Kings Close. Otley: conservatory to rear, 2 Burras Drive. Otley: one illuminated fascia sign, 1 Station Road. Otley: single-storey side extension, builders yard adjacent to Ellar Ghyll Cottages, Bradford Road.
Pool-in-Wharfedale: crown reduce one Eucalyptus by 15 per cent, 29 Millcroft Estate. Pool-in-Wharfedale: two-storey, single-storey side/rear extension and porch to front, 41 Millcroft Estate.
Yeadon: variation of condition 3 (opening hours) of approval 09/04241/FU to allow 24-hour opening 7 days a week. Unit 1, Greencroft Works, Kirk Lane.
