An insight into the House of Commons was given when an MP was guest speaker at a dinner in Bramhope.
Greg Mulholland, MP for Leeds North West, was invited to attend the Bramhope Methodists Dinner Club.
He spoke about Life in the House of Commons, detailing his day to day work as a Member of Parliament.
Mr Mulholland said: “I was delighted to be invited to speak at the Bramhope Methodists Dinner Club and it was great to speak to a full hall of people interested to hear about life in Westminster.
“The food and company were very enjoyable and I hope everyone who attended enjoyed my tales about the strange traditions of the House of Commons and also some serious examples of how MPs can really make a difference to change things for the better.
“I wish the Bramhope Methodists Dinner Club all the best.”
