The work of a charity which helps disadvantaged young people will be discussed at an event in Rawdon. Pam Parkinson will speak about Cookridge-based Caring for Life, a charity on a farm which offers work and permanent residence for young people in need. The Aireborough Civic Society event will take place at Rawdon Community Library at 7.30pm on Thursday, April 24. Admission costs £3 or is free to ACS members.
