The sky will be the limit for Otley student Tania Clifford on her 16th birthday.
The Prince Henry’s Grammar School pupil is marking the occasion by jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet.
Tania is doing the skydive on July 27 to raise money for Dreams Come True, a charity which supports terminally and seriously ill children.
She said: “I feel very fortunate that I am able to do this, so I wanted to take the chance to try and help other people’s dreams come true as well.
“That is what my chosen charity does for terminally ill children. By giving them an amazing experience, it gives them something positive to look forward to amidst hospital appointments and scans.
“My dad is paying for the skydiving so every penny donated will go to the charity.”
Tania can be sponsored at www.justgiving.com/taniaclifford.
