Churches join together for two Easter services
People from all the Churches in Ilkley and Ben Rhydding are coming together for two Easter events in the town.
Tomorrow, Good Friday, there is an open invitation to all people to meet at 11.15am outside All Saints Church on the corner of New Brook Street and Church Street Ilkley for a ‘Walk of Witness’ to bless the town and its people.
On Easter Sunday morning at 5.45am, people are set to meet at the Cow and Calf rocks to watch the sunrise and celebrate the final part of the Easter story when Christians believe Jesus rose from the dead to finally bring mankind and God back in harmony again.
