The Yorkshire Farm Stay ladies were given the afternoon off lambing to celebrate the start of English Tourism Week and the success of their recipe book, compiled with individual recipes from members.
Members, including Lisa Preston, of Pickergill Manor Farm on Silsden Moor, have raised £6,000 selling the books. The target is £10,000 to be donated to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
They joined Yorkshire Farm Stay’s newest member Tanya Umpleby, from Spruisty Hall Farm, Killinghall, to toast the success at her new, on-farm coffee shop and cook shop.
