Otley will hold a week-long celebration of all things Yorkshire this summer.
The town held Yorkshire Month in 2013, but is scaling events back a little this time due to all the activity that will be happening with the Tour de France passing through in July.
Yorkshire Week will include a Tyke Talk at Otley Courthouse, a day of Yorkshire films being screened by Otley Film Society, and a fun-packed day for older residents courtesy of Otley Action for Older People.
A range of walks are being organised by Otley Walkers, too, and the Town Council – which will promote all of the activities – is appealing for other local groups and charities to also get involved.
