Upcoming Guiseley folk band The Dunwells are to perform at a Keighley club in aid of Manorlands.
The band comes to the Octagon fresh from a 50-date tour of the USA to promote their first album Blind Sighted Faith.
The quintet appeared on America’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno and have performed on the same bill as Bob Dylan and Van Morrison.
The band is led by brothers Joe and David Dunwell and have been compared to leading British folk band Mumford and Sons.
The show at the Octagon, Bradford Road, Sandbeds, on May 1 is in memory of the Dunwell brothers’ former teacher Mo Hooley, who died recently.
Tickets cost £7.50 and are available by calling (01274) 562252.
