Horsforth: T1 - Sycamore, remove to ground level. The tree which is large and mature leans dangerously towards the neighbouring property and blocks light throughout the garden. Replace with something in keeping with the area such as Oak or Lime. T2 - Sycamore, remove the ground level. The tree has a large basel wound and no long term value. Replace with something in keeping with the area such as Oak or Lime. 14 Newlay Grove. Horsforth: crown clean and deadwood two Sycamore also draw back by 1 metre. 24 North Broadgate Lane.
Otley: determination for conversion of existing agricultural building to one residential dwelling. Land adjacent to The Royalty, York Gate. Otley: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 3 and 4 of Planning application 14/00849/FU. Dacre Son and Hartley, The Estate Office, Station Road. Pool-in-Wharfedale: T1 - Conifer, remove to ground level. The tree is restricting access to the outbuilding. Please can the council advise re a replanting proposal and if it is relevant because of the close proximity of the tree to the garden shed. 17 Swallow Drive.
