Detached triple garage, including external staircase, log store, dormer windows to front with additional parking to rear, new roof to existing extension and addition of gable window, roof lights and new mezzanine floor to other extension, Eastfield, Scotland Lane. Change from retail to professional use, 114 New Road Side.
Otley: Hoarding with signage incorporating viewing panels, site and delivery access, Bridge Street/Mill Lane. Widening of vehicle access, new gates, pillars and fence, Breary Close, East Busk Lane.
Pool-in-Wharfedale: Remove one lime, thin one beech, remove deadwood, 21 Pool Bank New Road. Alter first-floor side extension and add new pitched roof, Police House, Church Close.
Rawdon: Fell and replace beech tree, Littlemoor House, Quakers Lane. Detached double garage, Stoneview, Micklefield Road. Single-storey extension to existing extension and new patio area, 11 Larkfield Avenue. Retrospective application for single-storey rear extension, 101 Leeds Road. Remove 10 conifers, 1 The Grove, London Lane. Dormer windows to front and rear, 15 Church Street.
Yeadon: Dormer window to rear, 51 Kirk Lane. Raised deck area and steps to rear, 4 Rufford Close. Consent required over planning application 12/04240/EXT, Leeds and Bradford Airport. New shop front and fill in rear window, 75 High Street.
