Addingham Vocal Days celebrate The Tour de France by exploring the French operettas of Jacques Offenbach on Saturday, May 24, at Addingham Methodist Church, Chapel Lane.
Soloists from the community and the University of Leeds will work during the morning and there is an opportunity to come along and form a chorus at 1.45pm. The day ends at 4pm.
No singing experience is necessary.
Tutors will be Hilary Thomas, soprano, and David Murrary, musical director. From 3.30pm to 4pm there will be a free, short, informal concert showing the day’s work. There will be a voluntary collection for Yorkshire Cancer Research.
