A visitor to Ilkley has thanked people who came to her assistance when she suffered a fall in the town’s central car park.

Laura Robinson, 92, of Otley, fell in the car park on April 24 while visiting Ilkley with her husband. She said: “Thank you very much to the lady who came to my assistance when I fell in Ilkley car park on April 24 and thank you also to the gentleman who helped her to get me on my feet again. I’m fine now.”
