This year’s Arthington Show will take place on Sunday, June 29.
The traditional agricultural event will, as always, feature displays of some of the finest local livestock, horses and produce, along with attractions like spinning and gundog displays and children’s races, while acts like Cyril the Squirrel, Ben Potter’s birds of prey demonstration and a display by Kirkbourne Spaniels have been lined up for the main ring.
Organised by Arthington, Bramhope, Pool and District Horticultural and Agricultural Society, the show will take place on fields beside Pool Bridge.
Admission costs £6 for adults or £3 for senior citizens and children under 16, with family tickets – for two adults and up to three children – also available, priced £15. Parking is free. For more details, visit arthingtonshow.co.uk.
