CHILDREN at Otley's St Jospeph's RC Primary School have been learning all about toys from the past.
As part of their science and technology studies, the children were visited by historian Kirstie Garside.
She produced Victorian clothes for the children to try on and seaside memorabilia, including an old fashioned backdrop for the children to have their photographs taken with.
Year one teacher Julia Newsome said the children also sang seaside songs and played with Victorian toys, such as tops and hoops.
The school plans to take the children to the Abbey House Museum in the Spring.
