A MASTER beekeeper will give a talk in Burley-in-Wharfedale this month, based on his 2009 book.
Graham Hoyle will give the talk to Wharfedale Beekeepers Association at the Queens Hall, Main Street, on Tuesday March 17. One of the few people to hold the National Diploma in Beekeeping, the highest beekeeping qualification recognised in the UK, his talk will be supported with photographs and drawings, giving fascinating information.
This talk will give an unusual perspective on the life and function of the honey bee.
The public is welcome to attend for a donation on the door. For further information about the activities of Wharfedale Beekeepers Association, visit wharfedalebka.org.uk or call Andrew Prior, secretary on (01756) 770424.
