Aireborough Neighbourhood Development Forum have just completed a wonderful fortnight of events showcasing Aireborough as a place to live work and play; a place with a people, a history and with a distinctive character. At the same time they conducted a consultation on the developing Neighbourhood Plan which opened a lot of people’s eyes to the need to think about the way we want Aireborough to develop.

I would like to go on record as thanking Jennifer Kirkby and her hard working team for a magnificent effort, an effort which will I am sure bear fruit in greatly increased support for the Forum and an increased awareness of just what we have to lose if we do not keep up the fight to save Aireborough from the developers.
