Horsforth quad biker gets police warning for careless driving
A QUAD bike rider has been given a police warning in Horsforth.
Officers issued a Section 59 notice – for antisocial or careless driving, or driving on common land – against the vehicle’s owner after spotting him riding through the woods at Clayton Quarry last week.
