Pharmacy scheme goes district-wide
A SCHEME designed to ease the pressure on GP appointments is now operating across Bradford after being pioneered in Wharfedale.
Pharmacy First aims to help people get treatment for minor ailments faster by encouraging them to go straight to their local pharmacy, rather than wait for a doctor’s appointment.
The pharmacy scheme began first in Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven clinical commissioning group, but is now up and running across the whole of the district
