OTLEY has been ranked as one of the top 30 places to live in the UK.
The market town took 27th place in the Times newspaper’s Bricks & Mortar supplement list this week.
Among the reasons cited for Why Is It So Great? were Otley’s “pubs, rugby, cricket and pork pies”.
Otley Pub Club chairman Andy Fitzgerald said: “We are delighted to see the town getting national recognition that its pubs are a major contributing factor in its appeal as a top place to live.”
