A WOMENSWEAR boutique will be promoting flat caps as the must-have accessory tomorrow to show its support for a brain tumour charity.
Owner of Attic Womenswear, Sarah Lyles, was one of four Yorkshire businesswomen who took part in a photoshoot at the offices of Brain Tumour and Support across Yorkshire (BTRS) as part of Brain Tumour Awareness Month.
BTRS is encouraging Yorkshiremen and women to dig out, borrow or buy a flat cap, photograph themselves, friends, family and colleagues wearing the cap, share it on social media with the tag #flatcapfriday, and make a donation to BTRS by texting FLAT60 to 70070.
BTRS Events and Fundraising Manager Sorrell Coulson said: “Flat Cap Friday gives the people of Yorkshire a fun and easy way to support the vital work that we do.”
