WATER company Yorkshire Water is putting up posters with glow-in-the-dark eyes at local reservoirs in a campaign to tackle dog fouling.
The company has joined national charity “Keep Britain Tidy” in its new campaign by putting up “We’re Watching You” posters at its worst affected recreational sites across the region, including Swinsty, Fewston and Embsay reservoirs. Yorkshire Water says it is faced with paying over £15,000 a year to keep their paths, picnic sites and car parks clean of the mess.
