MORE details have been revealed about a 55-property housing scheme at Pool-in-Wharfedale.
Taylor Wimpey was granted outline planning permission - at appeal - to develop a plot of land south of the A659 Pool Road in June, 2018.
That permission related to the creation of up to 55 homes along with linked work, including access from the A659. Now the company has distributed leaflets to local residents informing them that it intends to submit a detailed Reserved Matters proposal ‘in the coming weeks’.
The document states that: “Taylor Wimpey is intending to apply for a Reserved Matters planning application in line with the current Outline consent for 55 family homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms.”
It goes on to say that residents’ comments on, or questions about, the proposals are welcome - and should be directed to Becky Lomas at Johnson Mowat by calling (0113) 887 0120 or sending an e-mail to hello@johnsonmowat.co.uk. Residents will also be able to comment formally once the application has been received by Leeds City Council.
