Guiseley: T1 Conifer - remove. T2 Conifer - at the rear to reduce by a third. 70 Westgate.
Guiseley: single storey rear extension - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 19/07013/FU - change of render walls to grey marble cladding. 31 Ridgeway.
Guiseley: alterations including raised roof height of bunglow to form first floor; two storey part single storey rear extension; two storey part single storey front extension; juliet balconies to front and rear. 33 Thorpe Lane.
Guiseley: single storey side extension. 26 Edwin Avenue.
Horsforth: T1,2 & 3 Sycamore growing towards No 12 to fell. T4 larger Oak behind the Sycamores to draw back the side facing the property by 2m to 3m. T5 Smaller Oak to the South West to draw back by 1.5m to 2m. 12 Woodway.
Horsforth: Sycamore - fell. 44 North Broadgate Lane.
Horsforth: T1 Sycamore - to reduce by 3.5-4m all round maintaining good shape also to inspect crown. Reason, historic pollarding to reduce to maintain as safe, tree is close to pedestrian crossing and nearby school. T2 , T3 and T4 x2 Pear and x1 Apple - to remove to ground level. Reason, outgrown the situation, decay in main stems and leaning badly towards nearby property. T5 Sycamore - to remove to ground level. Reason, close to several nearby properties causing excessive shade and loss of enjoyment of amenity space. Also very close to boundary walls and outgrown situation. 36 North Broadgate Lane.
Horsforth: T1 Conifer - to reduce down to a 2.1m (7ft) stump. Reason - tree is leaning and has outgrown situation. 42 Woodway.
Horsforth: T1 - remove very low branches over the front gates. T2 Sycamore - reduce leaning tree by 6m leaving 7.6m. Has a deep rotted void at the top of the trunk. To reduce weight on weak point. T3 Cherry - lift from the top of the garage for 2m clearance. Remove very long leader extending from the top as per picture. T4 Holly - remove and not replant. Self seeded before the TPO was made, blocks light to neighbours. T5 Oak - reduce a good third by 4.5m, leaving 9m and remove lower branches extending towards the house for light allowance. 18 Outwood Avenue.
Horsforth: T1 Cherry - fell due to being top heavy and has severe lean into the car park. 17 Glenwood Villas, New Road Side.
Horsforth: T1 Conifer - fell. Low amenity value tree is wrapped with Ivy which is to be removed, conifer to be removed along with ivy which is now out grown the area at the rear of property. 71 Bachelor Lane.

Rawdon: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 6, 7, 9 and 27 of Planning Application 20/01053/FU. Benton Park School, Harrogate Road.
Rawdon: The felling of the 12 marked trees consisting of Cherry, Birch and Maple located within G1 on the sketch plan. Crown lift by 2m and draw back 1.5m the trees on the eastern boundary located within G2 on the sketch plan. Underwood Lodge, Underwood Drive.
