T44 Over Mature sycamore - crown lift over the roof removing branch ends only to give 1.5m clearance. T46 Mature Sycamore - sever Ivy. Prune back by 1.5-2m from the adjacent building to provide adequate clearance. T47 Mature Common Beech - sever Ivy. Prune back by 1.5-2m from the adjacent building to provide adequate clearance. T49 Mature Sycamore - sever Ivy. Prune back by 1.5-2m from the adjacent building to provide adequate clearance. T59 Semi-mature Sycamore - remove, significant decay column. T62 dead Rowan - monolith to 2-3m. Leave the stems on the woodland floor. T63 dead Birch - monolith to 3m. T68 Mature English Oak - remove decayed limb, single-stemmed and leaning with a slightly unbalanced crown. Large decayed limb adjacent to footpath. W69 Mature Group - crown lift over the track at bottom of site where the canopy is below 2.5m in height. Remove 1x Rowan and 1x Oak (as indicated on the plan) and monolith 1x tree (as indicated on the plan) to 2m in height. Undertake the removal of 7x Sycamore's to the north to increase natural light reaching the terraced area. 1 Larchwood, Woodlands Drive.
Rawdon: the removal of G1 a mixed group young Elm, Ash and Elder growing adjacent to the garage in the field to the east of the property. Badgergate, Acacia Park Drive.

Rawdon: T1 Scots Pine - remove to ground level. The tree is leaning heavily towards the neighbouring property. Concern about possible damage should the tree fail in the future. Greenways, Woodlands Drive.

Yeadon: T1 Sycamore - remove to ground level. The tree has outgrown its situation, damaging the wall around it's base and is blocking light to neighbouring property. 5 Windmill Place.
Yeadon: dormer window to front. 16 Hawthorn Crescent.
Yeadon: Retrospective planning application for single storey extension to front. 68 Greenlea Road.
Yeadon: consent, agreement or approval required by condition 3 of Planning Application 19/06714/RM. Land off Henshaw Lane.
