OTLEY Civic Centre has been sold at auction for £600,000.
Owners Leeds City Council had put the Grade II Listed property on the market as part of its efforts to plug a multi-million budget deficit for next year.
The 24 hour online auction, which had the building listed with a guide price of just £135,000, ended on Wednesday, December 9.
