THE Clevedon at Ben Rhydding, Audley Clevedon, has launched a summer menu for diners to enjoy. The offer, which runs from Monday to Saturday from May 17th, means that customers can dine inside the restaurant or outdoors on the terrace.The menu, made up of locally sourced, fresh ingredients, will include dishes such as pea and wild mushroom risotto, mussel mouclade and miso marinated aubergine.

“Our chefs produce top-quality, unique dishes using fresh, local ingredients, and there’s something for everybody’s taste on our diverse, new menu. As the summer months draw in and lockdown restrictions ease, it’s exciting to once again be opening our doors to the local community.”
