TWO Guiseley loan stars, Jake Hull and Jacob Gratton made their professional debuts for Rotherham United in the Papa John's Trophy on Tuesday evening.
Despite being on loan at the Lions until the new year, the pair have been given consent to play in the Cup competition by Guiseley to further enhance their development in the professional game.
The South Yorkshire side took on local rivals Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday, a game which Rotherham won 6-0 and it allowed both of the young stars to make an entrance in the professional world.
Hull made the starting XI and Guiseley teammate Gratton made his debut from the bench.
Both will have the opportunity to partake in the next round of the competition, however they will return to Guiseley for league action.
