Harrogate Magistrates Court
AN Ilkley man has been fined £338 for driving without due care and attention.
Andrew Smith, 57, of Oak Close, Ilkley, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 15.
The charge related to an incident on August 14, 2021 at Timble, when he drove a Volkswagen Transporter on Sourby Lane, without due care and attention.
He was also ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £95.
His driving record was endorsed with six points. The defendant's guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
