Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court
AN Ilkley man has appeared in court to face charges of criminal damage and assault by beating.
Keiran Kurtalan, 23, of Hampshire Close, Ilkley, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on April 29 when he pleaded guilty to both charges.
The criminal damage to property valued at under £5,000 related to an incident on November 6, 2021 when he damaged a window. The assault by beating occurred on the same date.
Kurtalan was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay £150 compensation, a surcharge of £22 to fund victim services and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The defendant's guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
