AN OTLEY estate agent has been rewarded for its outstanding customer service by winning a gold star award from The British Property Awards – a national organisation that rates the best estate agents across the UK.
The awards automatically enter every estate agent in the area into a mystery shopping process unless they ask to opt out. The team at Dacres were judged to have performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels.
Director, Tim Usherwood, who heads up Dacres’ Otley office, said: “It’s a great result for our team. There were two rounds of mystery shoppers, who awarded points for how we dealt with their enquiries. To achieve the top gold star rating is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who always make our clients their priority and work hard to support and guide them through the buying and selling process.”
Dacre, Son & Hartley has now been shortlisted for several national awards categories, which will be announced later in the year. The British Property Awards independently assess estate agents against a set of 25 criteria. Judging on a town by town basis, only those agents that consistently meet a certain standard achieve an award. The customer service levels at Dacres in Otley were judged as “always outstanding, no matter what day or time of the week it was contacted.”
