A DRIVER who denied he was not in control of his vehicle had his case proved against him in court.
Robert Darnbrook, 19, was found to have been in a position where he did not have proper control of the vehicle he was driving in Arthington Lane, Otley, on April 6 last year.
Darnbrook, of Newall Carr Road, Newall with Clifton, was found guilty at trial at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on May 23.
He was fined £150, was ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and £500 court costs, and had his licence endorsed with three points.
