AN Otley driver has been banned from the road for six months after failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis while in charge of a motor vehicle.
Faith Nkomo, 40, of Gay Lane, admitted the offence before magistrates sitting in Leeds which occurred on June 5 at Cardinal Avenue, Beeston.
As well as the ban, Nkomo was made the subject of a community order for 12 months to include a rehabilitation activity requirement to a maximum of 25 days, was ordered to pay a surcharge of £95 and costs of £85, and had her licence endorsed.
