A WARRANT without bail was issued by Skipton magistrates on October 21 after a Blubberhouses man failed to attend court to answer a drink-driving charge.
James Wilson, 34, of Hardisty Hill, is alleged to have driven a vehicle on the A65 at Gargrave on June 5 this year with 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
