AN airline has dropped one of its services from Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA).
Flybe, a British commercial airline which runs flights across the UK and Europe, announced it is ending one of its routes which served the airport in Yeadon.
The company's service between LBA and London Heathrow Airport has been let go.
A Flybe spokesperson said: "In line with all airlines, we review our schedules for each IATA season and have decided not to continue serving Leeds Bradford Airport from London Heathrow Airport for the Winter 2022 season.
"However, we remain committed to the airport and continue to serve Belfast City Airport from Leeds Bradford Airport."
Flybe has an advert for its Summer 2023 network on its website, which says "coming soon" underneath.
The airline company only reintroduced its LBA to Heathrow route, as well as the service to Belfast, back in March.
It was hailed as "an important moment" by officials at LBA, with up to three daily flights for each route from April 28.
Flybe was pushed into administration in March 2020 with the loss of 2,400 jobs as the Covid-19 pandemic destroyed large parts of the travel market.
It once provided more than half of UK domestic flights outside London.
