Planning application
A RETROSPECTIVE householder planning application has been lodged with Leeds City Council for a first floor extension, roof terrace to rear, single story annex to rear and associated external works at Maple Grange, Ilkley Road, Otley.
The plans were lodged on July 27 through agent David McCormack, of Studio Map, Harrogate.
The application states the work on the domestic property has already been started without planning consent but has not yet been completed.
The submitted plans can either be determined by planning officers with the city council or may be called in to be considered by a planning committee.
