AN Otley man has been ordered to pay £276 in fines and costs after admitting a driving offence.
Jeffrey Higgins, 73, of Bridge Avenue, pleaded guilty to driving a VW CC without due care and attention on February 3 this year in Billams Hill,Otley.
Higgins was not present when he was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court this week under the single justice procedure. He was fined £133 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a surcharge of £53.
His driving record was endorsed with four penalty points.
