One of their standout songs, No Silence, delivers a powerful message. Touching on themes of justice, unity, and social responsibility. It encourages listeners to speak up against wrongdoing and join forces to create a world filled with diversity, acceptance, and equality. With bold lyrics and an unmistakable funky sound, and heaps of character – we cannot wait to see what else The Bellatones cook up.

Through their performance, The Bellatones showcased not just their musical abilities but also their commitment to raising awareness of important issues, using their platform to inspire others. Their dedication to their craft and their courage to address real-world issues demonstrate the incredible potential and passion that young musicians bring to the stage.

Max Moss-Blundell, guitarist for the band, said: "It was really nerve-wracking, there was such a big audience... but it was exciting. The lights, the equipment, the sound - everything was so much bigger and brighter than we were used to. The whole experience brought us together as a band, and we can't wait for the chance to do it again!"

Guiseley School’s Department Head of Music, Jack Stote, said: “Any performance opportunity can be daunting, but to perform an original in an external venue adds additional vulnerability and pressure. I’m so proud of how far our brilliant young musicians in The Bellatones have come in the past 12 months. I’m confident they’ll go on to achieve great musical success. I can’t wait to see them compete in our Battle of the Bands competition soon!”
