FOR the third year running shops and businesses in Horsforth came together to support Aireborough Rotary’s fundraising Halloween Trail.
Covering all four main streets, participants decorated their business and were then included on a map. Families then made their own way round before choosing their winner.
After judging by club members first place was awarded to Kids Club House on New Road Side and second was Courtyard Café Creatives on Town Street. Station Road had its own champion in The Cove – Fish and Chips. All received certificates and were offered cash prizes. There were also five highly commended entrants: Base Beauty, Dawns Diner, Eden Flowers, Purple Dot and Senior and Rhodes.
Over the three years this Horsforth event has taken place the total raised for the Rob Burrow Motor Neurone Disease Appeal is £1,895.
