VISITORS to the Victorian Fair at Otley had a chance to take part in a pop-up Nativity scene.
The pop up took place on Saturday from 3pm to 6pm at Otley Methodist Church.
As part of the event, visitors to the fair were encouraged to come and dress up and have their photos taken on their own phones to send to relatives or made into Christmas cards.
The community group behind the ambitious Otley Common project hosted a festive pop-up event on Saturday to raise awareness and showcase their plans to transform Otley Methodist Church into a vibrant cultural, entrepreneurial and social space for the community to meet, work and play.
The group united, with a shared concern over the ongoing loss of community assets within the area, notably witnessing the decline of Otley Civic Centre which is now on the National Heritage ‘at risk’ register.
