Reigning Paralympic road race champion David Stone has been selected for the UCI-Para-Cycling Road World Championships.
The Horsforth man is in a five-man team for the event in Baie-Comeau, Canada on August 29-September 1.
He has been joined by 11-time Paralympic champion Dame Sarah Storey, fellow Paralympic champion Darren Kenny and London 2012 medallist Lora Turnham, who will ride the tandem with her pilot Corinne Hall.
Stone, who has cerebral palsy, was disappointed with bronze as he relinquished his title in the T1-2 time-trial at the London Paralyumpics.
Typically, he bounced back a few days later to race to victory and a gold medal in the mixed T1-2 road race at Brands Hatch.
