Guiseley beat North Ferriby for the fourth time this season as they reached the Skrill North promotion pay-off final.
A solitary goal from Wayne Brooksby sealed their victory in the second leg and completed a 3-0 aggregate win.
They will now play Altrincham, who beat Hednesford 2-1 to secure a 4-3 aggregate success, away next Saturday.
The match will pair Guiseley boss Mark Bower against another former Bradford City central defender, Altrincham manager lee Sinnott.
