Sam Naylor of Burley in Wharfedale
BURLEY in Wharfedale’s Sam Naylor produced some excellent performances to win a National title and two silver medals at The British Masters Championships held in Sheffield.
His gold medal and national title came in the 18-24 years 200m freestyle event in a time of 2.03.52.
Following on from his success in the freestyle event Naylor came in silver medal position in the 400m individual medley and 200m butterfly in times of 5.01.17 and 2.19.000 respectively.
He then went on to place fourth and just outside the medals in the 100m freestyle in a time of 56.20.
